Over the years, I have successfully completed numerous fix-and-flip projects, ranging from light cosmetic rehabs to full gut renovations. My work spans both single-family properties and multifamily projects, giving me a well-rounded perspective on how to identify, improve, and maximize real estate assets. We handle every aspect of our investment. We manage the construction company and I’m a registered real estate agent.
